Full vs. partial removal
Full removal pulls everything: shell, plumbing, decking, coping. The cavity is backfilled with clean fill and compacted in lifts so the area is buildable down the road. Partial removal breaks up the bottom for drainage, demos the upper walls, and backfills. It's faster and cheaper but limits what you can build over it. We'll talk through which one fits.
